Information on returning or exchanging your pieces.
Custom Pieces
Because our custom pieces are made specifically to your requirements and specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders from our Custom Studio. We work closely with you during the prototyping phase to ensure you are completely satisfied before final production begins.
Standard Collection
For items purchased from our standard collection, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return, and we will provide you with further instructions.
Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or offer a refund to ensure your satisfaction.
