1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and WeGift3D ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://wegift3d.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

3. Custom Designs and User Content

When you submit a custom design or 3D model ("User Content") to our platform for printing:

• You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• We reserve the right to refuse printing any User Content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.

4. Products and Pricing

All products, custom and pre-designed, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color, texture, and dimension may occur. These are not considered defects but rather unique characteristics of the manufacturing process.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. Custom manufactured products are generally non-refundable unless defective.
