At WeGift3D, every item is crafted to order. We take pride in our production quality, and we want to ensure your pieces arrive safely and promptly.
1. Processing Time
Standard catalog items typically require 1-3 business days for 3D printing, finishing, and quality inspection before they are shipped. Custom Studio requests may require additional design and processing time, which will be communicated during the quotation phase.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Available in select metros)
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over ₹999.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification (if opted in) containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Damages during Transit
While we package our 3D printed products with extreme care, transit damage can rarely occur. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
